Please read these terms of use and privacy policy carefully as they govern your use of our website www.wiresglasses.com “The Website”. These terms of use and privacy policy are subject to change by Wires at any time by publishing the amended terms of use and privacy policy on the Website. By using the website, you accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such use. Your use of this website is expressly conditioned upon your agreement of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and privacy policy. By placing an order at www.wiresglasses.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms of use and privacy policy. None of these terms of use and privacy policy affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms of use and privacy policy shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Force Majeure
Events outside Wires control, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Wires is released from Wires obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions, restrictions, warnings, bans and other government or political developments.

Payment
All products remain Wires property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Wires. All transfers conducted through Wires are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms of use and privacy policy for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local taxes 
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Cookies
Wires uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, can not contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive. Wires reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Wires has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Wires hereby grants to You a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Website solely for your personal use, which does not include activities related to any commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, provided that You comply with these terms of use and privacy policy. By using our website you agree and understand that our product designs are protected and it is expressly not permitted to copy or create derivative work(s). Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may not modify, translate, create derivative work(s) of, copy, distribute, disassemble, broadcast, transmit, publish, remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels, license, sub-license, transfer, sell, mirror, frame, exploit, rent, lease, private label, grant a security interest in, or otherwise use the Website in any manner not expressly permitted herein.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT AND CONTENT SUBMITTED BY YOU, SENT TO US OR FOR WHICH YOU HAVE GRANTED PERMISSION TO USE.
From time to time we may publish on this Website images, postings, comments, information feeds from public domain sources such as social media websites and other websites that relates to our products and campaigns. returns

REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
You are entitled to an exchange or refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place the order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Notification of the cancellation must be received in writing within 14 working days; starting from the day after the goods are received. These regulations dictate that we will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered. Wires is not responsible for covering costs of returning the goods. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio, so please make sure they are packaged properly. 

To request a refund or exchange please email hello@wiresglasses.com before sending us anything in the post. Once we have received your email, we will come back to you with the return delivery address. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags and in a perfect resalable condition. Once the 28 day period has passed we have the right to refuse exchanges of any unwanted items.

Exchanges or refunds will not be conducted until the item has been received from the sender. After which we aim to process your refund/exchange within 48 hours. We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. Please contact us and The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available. Should a replacement not be required please notify us and we will refund the cost of the damaged products. Please note that it may be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods. Where goods are believed to be faulty, please notify us of your intent to return the goods in writing or by email at hello@wiresglasses.com. All goods believed to be faulty will be required for Quality Review. Once this item(s) have been received, a Review will take place within 10 working days. Correspondence will be made directly with the customer.
